students, and staff with disabilities at Shields Library and informs faculty and staff about
electronic accessibility issues and strategies for providing greater access to the University's
Center for Educational Effectiveness (CEE) ‐ CEE provides leadership, consultations, data collection and analysis, resources and support for instructional improvement.
Faculty and Student Judicial Affairs (SJA) ‐ SJA works with students and faculty to promote
academic integrity, ethics, responsible behavior, and student learning in a safe and civil
Grants & Awards ‐ Undergraduate Instructional Improvement Program (UIIP) grants provide
support for projects and innovations in undergraduate courses. The Provost Hybrid Course
Award (PHCA) provides support for UC Davis faculty to create hybrid courses, in which faceto‐
face instruction and activities integrate in balanced proportion with online instruction and
Human Resources (HR)/Benefits – HR develops local policies and procedures and works
with Office of the President to ensure that the views of all employees at UC Davis are
represented in the design of systemwide policies.
Office of Campus Community Relations (OCCR) ‐ OCCR provides leadership in diversity
education training, affirmative action, equity initiatives and campus community relations.
Office of the Ombuds ‐ The UC Davis Ombuds Office is a confidential, independent, impartial, and informal problem-solving and conflict management resource for all members of the UC Davis campus community.
